Return policy

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help and provide a refund within 100 days of delivery. Just email us directly at, and we’ll take you through the process:

  1. Print the Return Packing Slip and the Label
  2. Please make sure to include the packaging slip inside the box
  3. Repackage your return merchandise and put the Return Packing Slip inside the box (please remove any previous labels or tape). 
  4. Drop your return package to the designated carrier location.



Free shipping worldwide*
Orders processed in North America or Europe will usually take 2-4 business days to arrive. Other areas can take anywhere from 7 to 12 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Payment with PayPal e-check will delay the order confirmation, to allow for the check to be cleared (3-5 business days). If you have selected PayPal e-check as your payment method and completed the paiement process, your order has been placed even though you have not received an email confirming your order. Shipping will be delayed by 3-5 days, on top of the standard delivery time.

*In addition to free shipping, you won't pay any customs duties or import taxes if you are located in US, Canada, Australia and EU, because we have warehouses in there. For any other location you may be required to pay local customs duties or/and VAT taxes as required by your local government.
