Perifit+ works

Works as designed. After 2 weeks of use my pelvic floor physiotherapist has noticed an improvement in my control and an improvement in the status of my two pelvic organ prolapses. As I have had an ongoing cold with cough for last month, I am experiencing less bladder leakage since I started Perifit training. I am really pleased with my progress.

Makes for a lot of FUN! (Perifit Plus)

I can't say any of my issues have resolved after 2wks of use, but it sure is FUN! I have no issues getting myself to do my training. And I'm glad I got the PLUS and not the regular one as it is easier to use from what I've read.

Here's what I got in my 1st 2weeks:
I WOULD recommend that you take a break and not do too many days in a row. Muscles (anywhere on your body) need to take a break to heal/build the torn muscle fibers of exercise. Don't do it everyday or your results will get worse over time.

ALSO, where you sit makes a BIG difference, make note of where your legs & feet are. The 1st few days were sitting on my bed with feet dangling. Next was my toilet with lid down. Next was a gaming chair with a raised seat were my bits are (so more pressure) and my legs on a stool. What I noticed was that my results are DRASTICALLY different depending on where I sit. Some seats pushed on the exact area where the toy is which did some of the work for me. Other seats I could barely make my runner/flappy bird move. And when legs dangle too much it effects how well I can play my game, cause moving your body/legs makes you CONTRACT.

So find one spot that works and stay there if you actually want to know if you are progressing.
